THE MEMORY OF WATER
Mon 28th May - Sat 2nd Jun at 7:30pm
by Shelagh Stephenson, Directed by Nikki Windmill
Three sisters reunite for their mother's funeral. They take up residence in her old bedroom, rummage through her belongings, even trying on her hats and dresses before claiming them, or tossing them. Two men, a husband and a lover, attempt to keep the proceedings under control with little success. A tragedy, lightened with many moments of near-insane humour. A truly lively piece of theatre.
